The crown is initially rounded and flattened, later spherical. At the age of 10 years it reaches 0.3 m. The needles are scaly, like a fringe, dark green, bronze in winter.

Conditions: Prefers sunny areas, or light partial shade. Undemanding to soil. Frost-resistant.

Application: Ideal spherical shape. Recommended for different types of gardens, especially for rocky and Japanese-style gardens. Also known as "Bobazam".
